I called the my April 7 run into work something of a break through. Today was 18 seconds slower, but my average heart rate was 6 bpm lower! Does this mean anything? I guess it remains to be seen, but I was stuck pretty solidly in the low 140's before for the same time.

- 3/28 - 1:50:24 avg 144/159 max/10:30 above 150
- 4/07 - 1:49:05, avg 141/156 max/4:10 above 150

- 4/23 - stop cheating on long runs, do 18-miler <>
- 5/07 - run marathon
- 5/11 - first run back; start strict < 145
- 5/18 - 1:49:23, avg 135/152 max/4:30 above 145
