Spent over 10 hours yesterday in planes and got less than 6 hours sleep, so this felt a little tougher than normal. I also think I started out too fast on the first mile and after that my heart rate didn't recover well when I slowed down. Sometimes I hit 147 and I'd start walking. "One potato, two potato, hey why isn't it going down?!" I'm used to just slowing down a little and having it drop immediately.

I don't have a max because the monitor shot up at the beginning and I had to remoisten the contacts.
Foot pod died yet again.
