Wore my new superfeet insoles today for my plantar fasciitis and they felt pretty good. I didn't get a lot of sleep last night, having stayed up too late to watch 24 on Tivo and then slept in "the sock."
This was a good heart rate/pace for me. I believe it's the faster I've done the 5-mile run at 136 bpm by about 20 seconds. There's a lot of day-to-day variance, but looking back, I believe the more recent runs are on average better. I'm looking forward to my next maff test in two weeks.
