Summer is here. It was 74 deg at the start and 81 deg when I was done. Humidity wasn't bad though. The dew point was ~58 the whole time and humidty ~50%.
I was reduced to HRM-induced walk breaks today to keep my heart rate under 145. I did 3x 4.6 mile laps: 49:55/137, 52:34/140, 57:33(!)/141. Two weeks ago on the same course I did two laps: 48:04/134, 47:30/141.
