I wish I'd slept in today. I was really deeply asleep when the alarm woke me up and then my legs were a little sore during the run, so I took it very easy. I've already run 25 this week and if I ran 5 on Saturday and 10-15 on Sunday I'd end up at 40-45, which is more than the 37 I did (with two off days) the second week after the last marathon. I should consider an off day tomorrow.
