Today's training: 4.90 miles, nbhrd loop, 50:30 (10:19 min/mi), 137 bpm avg/2:10 over 145
Weather was cool again today. 53 degrees. Faster than I've been recently, but still slower than I was a few weeks ago (at lower temps). Should be expected. I need to exploit the lower intensity by increasing mileage. I don't want to build up too quickly though and get injured.
