- Total 16.7 miles.
avg bp/hr: 123/85 60.5 bpm
Tried some hill running to get things jump started maybe. Is my max really on 177 now??? Used to be 200 sixteen years ago. I averaged 174 for a marathon in 2008. Pretty depressing if true.
Should mention that I've been running with the HR alarm set for over 138 to keep myself honest.
Definitely improving. These are the nbrhd 3.4 mile loop times from 11/11 to 12/12. Weight still stuck at 200.
